Work has been underway on a developmental demonstration project to produce a structure capable of holding an electric vehicle battery. The structure is a is made from repeated Integrated Loop Technology (ILT) connection beams and round tubes. Initially, an application is sought to transport for onsite emergency charging using expired auto-bus battery stock. These batteries have a limited life span in their primary function. However, as a secondary use, for emergency recharge of EV Battery, they are still suitable. The composite cradle is designed to be simple to produce as well as lightweight and strong enough to transport the battery module and used by one person.
