We are looking for a skilled Locksmith with experience in pneumatics and hydraulics to join our Production Team. Fluency in the Czech language is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and locksmith work
- Maintenance and completion of production preparations
- Regular inspection of machinery and equipment for optimum performance
- Maintenance of machinery
- Maintenance of building equipment
- Assistance with assembly
This role involves the design and development of composite materials and products for a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive and sports. Expertise in material science and engineering principles to design and optimize the properties of composite materials to utilise strength, durability and weight is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers and designers to deliver products to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Development of testing procedures and conducting tests to verify the performance of materials and products
- Strong awareness of the latest developments in composite materials and manufacturing techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate successfully with clients, suppliers and internal teams

Ing. Robin Poul, Ph.D., Research and Development Specialist
Robin began his journey with CompoTech in 2001 as an engineering student. He joined our Design and Technology department and has gained considerable technological and commercial experience during his time with the company. Robin achieved a Ph.D then specialised in the optimisation and analysis of composite structures. Today, he leads analysis studies within our R&D department. Robin is also a project manager and key account manager for our customers operating in the aerospace sector, machine tools industry, laser gantry beams, milling tools and shafts business. “It is satisfying working with our customers to solve complex challenges. We guide them through the complete product development process, from conception to delivery.”
Vlastimil Krpálek, Design & Technology
Vlastimil is responsible for our production technology. He designs and develops new products and adapts our existing technologies to suit our customers needs. Vlastimil joined CompoTech in 2005 working with our winding machines in production. He has progressed through the business and remains a valued member of our Design and Technology team. Vlastimil also used his acquired experience to become a key technology account manager for a variety of clients in the automotive, laser and aerospace sectors. He comments, “I enjoy working on such a wide variety of projects and being part of such a supportive and talented team.”
