Our skills are stiff and strong carbon composite components such as structural beams and tubes. From the initial consultation, through the design and development, prototype manufacturing to mass production using our own fibre placement technology.
We are specialists in optimizing composite structures down to individual fibres; we can design and calculate dynamic applications, i.e. custom frequency and damping.
We focus predominantly on industrial applications – such as components for production machinery:
• Composite beams for fast light machines.
• Composite beams for heavy metal cutting machinery.
• Composite rotary shafts, spindles and tools.
